    Excellent

  5. Kurt L. (verified owner)

Thumb is too short and overall are a bit thin for the price. I climbed two ADK mountains with them so far.

  6. Daniel Richardson (verified owner)

    comfortable

  7. Ken Soelberg (verified owner)

I wear these mittens when I drive my bike at night. These mitts definitely keep your hand warm under cold conditions.

The Arctic Mittens w/net lining are amazingly warm. Even at -15 C / 5 F to -10 C / 15 F I was able to use just these mittens on my hands while Nordic skiing at a moderate pace. They are roomy – one has space put a heat pack in them. I keep an extra pair in my Nordic Ski Patrol / SAR pack. Or you can use them as an over mitten over lighter fleece gloves. Like the finderless gloves you may use when cooking winter camping meals. Or taking photos, working with touch screens – touch tips don’t work for me.

Laundry Instructions

Wool is a natural fiber which does not to be laundered regularly. A global wardrobe survey in 2015 by AC Nielsen confirmed that wool garments have a longer life than cotton – as much as 50% longer. Merino wool can be worn multiple time between washings which will prolong the garment life and protect the environment. The synthetic fibers like Schoeller® Polycolon can be machine washed and hung to dry.

Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle with cool water (not to exceed 85°F).

Line dry. Do not tumble dry.

Do not use bleach.
