Shipping
Brynje USA uses a third-party fulfillment company to manage and ship your products. They use sophisticated software to select the shipping carrier, verify addresses, calculate shipping rates and provide tracking information. Any shipping issues are the responsibility of the carrier.
Returns & Refund
All returns must include a printed and signed Product Return form. The return address is included on the form. Customers pay for shipping. No C.O.D. deliveries are accepted. By sending the return, you agree to our return policy. Refunds are issued through PayPal and can take several days to process.
